    I got a card billing that including wordpress purchase that i don’t remember. please refund it and cancel any subscribe on wordpress chargement.

    Tha purchase code seems like ‘WORDPRESS [redacted by staff]’.

    The transaction code you provided matches the recent renewal of the site, enjoy-the-uncertainty.com, that belongs to a different account. Does that domain ring any bells?

    Only the account that owns a domain can cancel it, so the best course of action here is if we can help you regain access to the correct account, so you can cancel the upgrades yourself.

    Take the transaction ID you’d posted above, and enter that in the appropriate field on our Account Recovery form at https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery, and someone will be in touch via email to help you regain access to the correct account. They’ll then also be able to help you with cancelling your upgrades and getting a refund for the recent plan renewal.
