Please refund charge

Hello there, I asked before and was reassured there would be no subscription charge to my private account (skehanfamilyhistory). But I just got notification of the charge. I tried to cancel my subscription but there was no visible way of doing this. Also, for some reason my airbnb work account is mixed up with my private account. Can you please refund me the 48 euro charge and cancel my private subscription. thank you. this is not a forum question, rather a customer support question – but I don’t see any other way of getting support. your help would be appreciated.

What is the full URL of the site that had a charge connected to it? I am not seeing any history of charges under the account you are contacting us from.
Also, to confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
