Please Refund me and then delete my entire account

    Please refund me and then delete my entire account and website, I already cancelled my account and subscriptions. I already tried to delete the account but have this stupid error message for days.

    “We are still in the process of removing one or more of your sites. This process normally takes 15-20 minutes. Once removal is completed, you should be able to close your account from this page.”

    Please refund this

    Please refund me and then delete my entire account and website, I already cancelled my account and subscriptions. I cannot cancel the purchase myself since there is no record of this purchase in my purchase history on WordPress.

    Hi there!

    I see that you have successfully canceled your subscriptions, and a refund of the most recent payment was issued from our end. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    Your site still has the plugins/custom theme (if any) that you installed as part of the WordPress.com Creator plan. Are you okay with us deleting everything from your site? Once we’ve done that, you will be able to close your WordPress.com account.

    On a separate note, would you mind sharing with us what led you to cancel your WordPress.com site? We’d love to have your site host with us, and if you still need a website, we’ll be happy to help you build it on WordPress.com. Feel free to let us know.

    Hello

    I dont want my wordpress account closed.

    I have a new website and plan that i am already paying and subscribed to.

    My problem was that i am still being charged somehow for the old website and plan which was deleted.

    Also please confirm that my old payment details (ending in 8676) are no longer being as used as this is the card i was charged to again.

    Please have the Eur. 18,00 refunded to me, thank you.

    The only stored payment I see under this account is shown here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/payment-methods

    I do not see the numbers that you have mentioned on our end. Is it possible you may be referring to another account you have with us, and not your @lukekevinmclaughlin login? https://biotechnologyreviews.com/ is the only site I see under your account currently, are you referring to a site under a different URL instead?
