  I cancel my order on 12/05/18 but till now I have not received my money. So, please refund my money as soon as possible.

  We issued a full refund on 12th May 2018 and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer. If you haven’t received a refund after that time, please contact your bank so they can check for delays in processing the refund on their end.
