    I did not know i had auto draft set up on this account. I do not wish to use this account. Please refund Receipt ID [redacted]. Please refund the total of 136.00 and cancel this account.

  • Hi, I can see your refund is already in progress. It can take several business days for that to route back properly and appear on your statement. If you cancelled immediately after the charge went through, the refund may not appear at all — the entire charge might simply be voided.

    If after 2 weeks you still don’t see the refund on your account, please contact the bank directly to confirm it wasn’t voided, then contact us here.
