please release contract with google apps aftger i contracted through this site

  i cancelled google apps bought on this site – now i need the contract removed between google apps and wordpress. I have had to shift my hosting so i wanted to go direct with them after I had really bad support form your firm when I first purchased it . Ie release me so I can go direct . AS TEH SERVICE HERE IS TERRIBLE. by way of example when I bought google apps i didnt get any form of communication or password form you on how to set it up…. terrible please confirm that this is released
