I see you are referencing a site not hosted by WordPress.com. If this site is connected to your account because of Jetpack, you cannot remove sites at this time, but Staff can. This is expected to become a feature soon. I tagged this thread for Staff attention. Please be patient while waiting for a reply. To subscribe to this thread so you are notified when that happens, look in the sidebar of this thread, find the “Subscribe to Topic” link and click it.

I think I have a similar issue. My site is connected to wordpress.com through jetpack, and i want to keep it that way. The problem is that I have it listed twice (duplicate). Could you please remove the duplicate site?
Also, there is a warning triangle, saying: warning, jetpack 3.3 is required, update now. The problem is that I already have a newer version of jetpack, v3.5.3, so there is nothing to update.
My site is nwsisu.com.

I believe the upgrade alert is for the old connection no longer used. I’ve removed that connection, let me know if you still see either the duplicate or that upgrade alert.
