  I can’t delete the blog as I don’t have permission to do so. And I can’t access the owner anymore.

  I would really appreciate if you (WordPress support) can remove this blog from my account.

  I found this thread that describes a similar situation. Typically only the owner can delete the blog:

  I will tag this for staff attention (I am a volunteer). Please subscribe to this thread so you will know when they assist you.

  Staff is backlogged and works through threads in chronological order. Please don’t reply again as it will push this further into the backlog. The best thing to do is be patient, and know that they will take care of you as soon as they are able.

  There is only one administrator on this blog, and that user is also the blog’s owner. Only they can request that this blog be deleted.

  If you wish to be removed as a user from that blog, I can do that for you.
