Please remove blog from My Blogs – I am not admin and want nothing to do with it

  There is a blog I am no longer associated with http://strawberrycreekcrochet.com that is on the list of My Blogs. This is a self-hosted blog that I used to manage, but due to differences with the blog owner, I am no longer an administrator of that blog, or even a user (I do not know if I really am currently a user because I have no way of getting to the admin to find out). Normally, this would not be so much of an issue, but apparently, the blog is now using shared SSL at GoDaddy and the certificate is giving errors. It’s very disconcerting to be in the middle of posting something when a certificate warning pops up. I really want this blog removed from My Blogs list. Please contact me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) to resolve this. Thanks in advance.
