Please remove domain lock for brodyassociates.net and refund Tammy

  Hello,

  I am trying to remove the domain lock for brodyassociates.net. I keep seeing a message that only Tammy can unlock it. However, Tammy no longer works with me. Since this is my website and not Tammy’s, would you transfer any and all authority over brodyassociates.net from Tammy to me? Is there anything you need me to do?

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Hi! Unfortunately only Tammy can transfer the domain. Domains can have only one owner, and it’s either the person who purchased it or the person they transfer it to.

  I know she’s no longer there, but would she be willing to work with you on that? If so we could refund her and bill you. She’d just need to complete the transfer first.
