Please remove jetpack monitor emails to my account

  There’s a bunch of thread about this already but they are closed to new messages so I have to create this.

  Please disable jetpack monitoring emails going to my account. The option to do this on the user side does not work for some reason.

  Happy to help. Can you explain what happens when you try to disable Monitor? Is there an error? or it just doesn’t work? Thanks!

  When I try to disable the monitor I’m doing it via this: http://prntscr.com/ja0z13

  The button highlighted in red (which should turn off the notifications) is unresponsive for me, it doesn’t register and click to turn off notifications.

  That’s odd.

  If you toggle the switch just above that, to turn monitoring on, are you then able to control the lower toggle to turn it back off again?
