Please remove my plugins so I can purchase plan

  Hi,

  I wanted to downgraded from creator plan to starter. I canceled creator purchase. But I have to remove plugins to purchase the 4$ a month plan.

  Please WordPress, I need you to remove plugins, even though this means that it will delete some articles written with the theme.

  Thanks for getting in touch. I downgraded your site for you and removed all plugins and content created with those plugins.

  You can go ahead and purchase the new plan and set your domain to be the primary after you get that back in place.

  You should be all set! Let us know if you have any questions or need help with anything else.

  I paid for the plan and I already have a domain, but unfortunately, when I want to visit me website, I have this shown up.
