  Please remove this blog from its connection to wordpress.com via Jetpack. It is causing all sorts of problems.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, please! We are experiencing difficulties that we think the connection to WordPress.com via Jetpack is causing (probably our fault!), but nonetheless we’d like to start from scratch again. Please remove us for now and we’ll connect up later again.
