Please remove one self hosted blog from the "my blogs" list

I have a self hosted blog entered twice on the “my blogs” list. One of them is linked to a subdomain that is no longer in use. Please remove it for me. Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Bump. I’d like one of “my blogs” removed from the list. It’s the sub domain of my self hosted blog. I don’t see anyway for me to remove it myself.

Ack! ok I was just confused. I DO need help though .com forum. I’m talking about the .com profile section and have my self hosted blog listed there. It doesn’t seem to allow me to remove the blog link I’m not using because it is/was self hosted.
