The site ‘https://auxiliavzw.wordpress.com/’ is obsolete, contains outdated information and has been replaced by the site http://www.auxilia-vlaanderen.be, which is owned by the organization ‘Auxilia vzw’, based in Belgium (I’m a member of the board of that organization and own the website http://www.auxilia-vlaanderen.be).
To avoid people looking at incorrect information, we would like the website ‘auxiliavzw.wordpress.com’ to be removed. I contacted wordpress.com 3 months ago, who promised to contact the owner of that website to bring him/her in contact with me… I also left a message on the website (on 4Mar’22) with the question to contact me… none has so far resulted in any reaction, which leads me to believe that this website is not looked after by anyone and can as such be removed (also did not see any update on the site since 2013…). Can you please remove this website or tell me which action I can take to have it removed? Thanks!WP.com: Yes

Hi there,
If you wish to delete a free hosted WordPress.com account, you must be logged in under the same username. Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use it.

As I tried to explain, we don’t know who created this site and I as such don’t have the account/password to delete the site.
This site is clearly no longer maintained and contains incorrect information, which may confuse people, who are looking on the InterNet for information on our organization. As such, -as no one answers to any question and clearly no one maintains it since many years- we kindly ask you to remove the site or at least make it invisible to people.

To do this activity, credentials are required.
Would you happen to be aware of the registered email address with this account, so that you may request account recovery, and then, once you have the credentials, the site can be deleted?
If so, you can fill out the WordPress account recovery form, the account recovery team will contact you as soon as possible.

I’m afraid I’m not aware of the registered email address with this account.
People now in the board of our organization are in the organization since a number of years, where the old (obsolete) website dates back since 2013 (and has not been changed/updated since). -
