  I see that you purchased and then canceled a premium upgrade for your site. Is it a domain you are wanting to renew? I don’t see a custom domain under your account that can be renewed? Is it the premium upgrade? Let me know and I’d be happy to help.

  “The Lion’s Studio” is the domain name I want to renew.
  I’m wondering if I applied for the account under Fairfield Sparkle?
  I’m so confused. I just want to be sure my “thelionssutio.com” site doesn’t disappear.

  I checked if the domain was registered under whois data:
  https://whois.domaintools.com/thelionssutio.com

  It shows that the domain is not registered at the moment, so you can go ahead and register it if you like:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/register-domain/
