Please RESET the IMPORT tool – IMPORT Tool hang for 4 days

    When trying to import 3600 posts from a WP Blog, 3100 posts is imported 4 days ago. 500 posts is still not imported and this message is displayed in the IMPORT tool:
    “We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”

    After 4 days – this message is still there:

    I need help to import the rest of the posts to complete the import

    Request: Please reset the IMPORT tool so that there is no more message and I can continue importing the balance of 500 posts. Keep the 3100 posts already imported I have created an export for the 500 balance of post.

    I will use the IMPORT tool to add the 500 posts into the existing 3100 posts

    Sometimes the importer gets stuck and I tagged this thread for Staff to reset it for you.

    You only have to wait for 24 hours before posting here for an importer reset by Staff. You simply type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help.     BTW this is my third requests for help for the problem. My first is 24 hours after the event, then 48 hours then this one after 4 days
