    Hello WordPress Support Team,

    I canceled my WordPress.com subscription on 1st of September and requested a refund. I was informed that the refund would take 7–10 business days. However, it has now been 12 days, and I have not yet received the refund.

    Could you please provide me with an update on the status of my refund?.
    I would like the issue resolved promptly.
