  Hi there…I have received no response and cannot complete the refund on my gallery theme purchase and it is now coming up on the 30 day marker. When I try to complete the refund it says ‘User or token does not have access to this site.’ Please advise. It is the gallery theme for laurenfaywardrobestyling. Thanks!
