First, I bought Premium with a free domain(broccolies.com) for one year. After a few months, I bought Business for a few months.
After a few months, I canceled Business.
And now, I cannot get back Premium and my domain(broccolies.com).

For your site to be moved from the Business to the Premium plan, we first need to downgrade it. This process will revert your site to the date before the Business plan upgrade (April 13, 2021). This means that all the content as well as any third-party themes and plugins that you have added after that date will be removed.
So I need your confirmation before proceeding.
As for your domain broccolies.com, you have canceled it and received a refund for its renewal. If you want it back I can send you a payment link and then restore it.

In additional, yesterday I canceled the domain broccolies.com and refund for it. It was mistake. However, as far as I remember, the domain broccolies.com was used for Premium plan. I don’t think why I have to pay for the domain again? -

I’ve reverted the site and restored the Premium plan. As part of the Premium plan, you get access to live chat and email support. I’ve sent an email to the email address on your WordPress.com account. Please reply there for further details on the domain.
