Please save me, I cant approve comments for my blog!!!!

Cannot accept comments for publication to blog. They show up in old email address, instead of new one. (which ive had 24 hrs or so) When I go to old email address and see them it wont allow me to approve them. I need comments to come to the new email address, have already deleted the old one off my account at wordpress. It no longer even shows that old email address only the new, but still not working. Thank you. Sorry for reposting but wasnt sure I was clear while ago.

You have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.
Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.
Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.
Try changing it at http://wordpress.com/#!/settings/ first.
If that doesn’t work, try Users -> Personal Settings in your blog’s Dashboard.

I cannot find the personal settings. I’ve gone to settings and account. I am not seeing the old address anywhere, but that is where comments for blog are going. To go to setting you go to your photo in thd right hand corner right? Then click on your name, thats where you get the option for settings, but it only says settings. (not personal or otherwise) Here it shows the new address.
