  I do Not want to Upgrade & I do not wantt to renew.
  I would like my $ 99 back.
  My custom design which I paid for & took many hours to select colors, etc.
  1. I was never able to access it from Dashboard. It never recognizes thatI had a custom design.
  2. I was never able to add posts.
  3. It never appeared in Google w my Title or name.
  4. The private domain was sketchy & not well known.
  5. Any time I requested help, it would be at cost to set it up, which I already did.
  REPLY PLEASE!

  Hi Michele,

  It looks like you may be responding to an email asking if you wish to renew your Premium Plan, which expires in a month. If you prefer not to renew, that’s ok — I have checked to be sure your account is not set to auto-renew, so you won’t be charged again.

  If you have questions we can assist with that may help you get more out of your site, we’ll be happy to help.

  The Custom Design features are available by going to Appearance > Customize on your site while logged in, in a menu at the right side of that page.

  Can you tell me where you were having trouble with posts? You should be able to add a post here:

  I’m not sure I understand this part — could you explain what you mean by private domain? Do you mean savinostarz2013.wordpress.com?
