Please send DNS Zone record for mdehn.org domain

Greetings,
Hope this finds you doing well. Our website, http://www.mdehn.org is used for our organization, the Maryland Environmental Health Network. We are trying to set up e-mail accounts with our domain name–with the help of the IT staff. The IT staff are very unfamiliar with WordPress.
I gave them a link to how to make changes to our DNS. This was their response:
“I believe I made the necessary DNS changes via the WordPress interface (Thanks for the tips you sent me). However, the WordPress interface for managing DNS details is a bit clumsy.At this point I believe the necessary changes have been made but I am not 100% certain. Is it possible for you to place a support request with WordPress and ask them to send you a ‘DNS Zone’ record for the mdehn.org domain? This will help me to confirm the settings.”
Can someone please send us the DNS Zone record for our domain? I’d be so grateful!

The IT staff added that we are trying to achieve the following:
(1) Confirm that the only MX record on file in your DNS is ‘mail.mdehn.org’ with a priority of ‘10’
(2) Confirm that there is an A record of mail.mdehn.org = 74.92.155.235
