  we asked many times to cancel the premium order and refund the $99, never got the link to cancel ,please send the cancel link to (email visible only to moderators and staff) thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I think you are confused how this process works.

  You need to get a hold of staff to do that. Some issues, as this one require confidential information can only be done by staff. If you see or add a thread that you know needs staff intervention, you can add the “modlook” tag to the tags area of the thread to make sure they see it.

  Since you were unaware of that common practice I went ahead and did it for you. You should receive a response within 24 hours.

  They will be in contact so.

  Also, there is no use to add your personal email in the forums. They will automatically be removed. Its part of the forum policies and helps from personal info and spam bots from sending you junk.
