  This is my blog http://marketblog.me/ (WordPress address: http://marketpowerblog.wordpress.com/). It somehow ran out but I paid and have it back. Now I’m going to make sure it is set to autorenew. But I can’t find the page that lets me do that. Please send me the URL. Btw my email address associated with this is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Hi there,

  It looks like you have set your upgrades to auto-renew. It will remain that way as long as your credit card does not expire before the expiration date. You can disable/enable your auto-renewals by going to Store > My Upgrades in your Dashboard.

  Hi, Grace! Ok, First: I’m glad. I’m making a screenshot of your reply as proof that someone at WordPress knows it’s set for auto-renew. But here’s the thing: I haven’t touched that since I set it for auto-renew at mid-year 2014. (Somehow I had found it back then.) But WordPress didn’t accept my auto-renew and 7 days ago it canceled my blog, threw a black screen over MarketBLOG, and told anyone who visited it (including paying clients) that it had expired. I just went through he** finding a way in to pay my renewal before WordPress vaporized it forever.

  So the good news is that I managed to rescue it with a payment. What i need to figure out is: since it’s still set for auto-renew, just like it was 7 days ago, how do i prevent WordPress from black-screening it again in early January 2016?

  Just so I can bookmark it, can you send me the URL where I would renew? Or tell me how to navigate to it from my main Account dashboard?
