Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? Have you forgotten which login you need to access to manage tnrus.com?

What do you mean by upgrades? What I am supposed to upgrade?
This forum is regarding http://www.tnrus.com being suspended and yes I did use a different login but I cannot access it anymore since I am suspended.

To clarify, the “upgrade” in this case is the domain you purchased with us. You do not need to purchase anything else, but to verify your domain ownership you must access the account the domain was originally purchased under.
It’s not possible to “unsuspend” the tnrus.com domain from your @rmayuma account.
Also, I have checked and can confirm that the account that controls tnrus.com is not suspended. Only the domain itself is suspended, so there is nothing on our end preventing you from accessing your other account.

Jerry I have been trying for the past week to log into my account. It does not let me do so whatsoever.
I have no other way of unsuspending tnrus.com but to message you from this account (rmayuma).
Can you confirm if the email associated with that account is rene@ultrabandusa? if so, that email no longer exists. Therefore I would not be able to access the transactional ID/URL key/ or the 2 step verification.
Can you please verify my information via text message for the phone on file? or send me the verification link to another email?

I am not able to help in this public forum, but you can find the transaction ID by contacting your bank or credit card company. It will be on your statement. More info on how you can find that transaction ID here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#on-your-credit-card-statement
Also please do not share that transaction ID here if you find it, it would allow someone to gain unauthorized access to your account. Instead please share that info with our Account Recovery team directly by filling out the form on this page: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
