i need help – and i’ve requested password reset email many times since yesterday to update the payment info for my domain mapping on my OTHER (original) WordPress account. I just set up this one (that i’m posting this forum message from) so i could communicate with you. Please advise me on what to do. thanks.

What is the URL of the site you refer to? We are unable to assist unless or until you provide the site URL you refer to starting with https:// so we can verify hosting.
We provide support only for sites hosted on WordPress.COM servers. You could be posting to the wrong support forum. Know that WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and you can read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
To save time you can type the actual URL of the site you are referring to into http://whoishostingthis.com to determine who hosts the site so you know where to post for support.
