Please solve these problems

    There must be misunderstanding and mistake. Your team removed my domain, thepuregospelcm.org, for no reason and without my authorization. I need it restored asap. It is important to me. Let me tell you what happened in detail.

    I have been subscribing the domain for my blog since 2014 Aug. I paid $18.00 for this year too which is valid until 19 Aug. 2017.

    But yesterday, seeing the ‘personal plan’ purchase option, thinking that it may add some new features to my blogging, I purchased it for $15.88. But it added almost nothing. So, I tried to cancel the purchase and refund. But the link didn’t work at all. So, I disputed it on my Paypal account. Then I got an email, saying, unless I cancel the dispute, my blog would be put on hold and I have to pay $20 to remove the hold. So, I followed the advise right away, that is, I canceled the dispute on the Paypal.

    Then, I got an email that noticed me that I lost domain name, thepuregospelcm.org. And it does not work ever since. I checked my Paypal account, and found that $15.88 was refunded for the purchase of the ‘personal plan’ made on 7/4/2017 . Okay, that is all I wanted. But your team did more.

    These are NOT the things that I requested or I have to suffer. First, I never asked to refund the subscription of ‘the domain name’, thepuregospelcm.org, but your team removed it for NO reason. I got an email about that but she must have misunderstood what I requested. She understood that I did request the cancellation of the domain subscription.

    Second, my blog site is put on hold and it requires me to pay $20. It ways in red banner that it was created because I disputed against the charge. Anyway, isn’t it a right to dispute for a charge but it seems that your team is punishing me for the dispute. And that, I followed the advise to cancel the dispute as soon as I got the warning about the dispute.

    Therefore, two things I want get fixed are these:
    1. Please RESTORE my domain, thepuregospelcm.org. The domain is nothing to do with my cancelation of the ‘personal plan’ I purchased yesterday for $15.88 and got refunded for. Also, the price I paid for the domain name was not refunded as someone said; that was NOT what I had wanted at all.

    2. Please remove the hold on my blog, now whose address is thepuregospelcm.wordpress.com.

    Please help me fix these as soon as possible. The blog is important to me.

    If you need to see any email correspondence regarding this issue, receipts, payment history, just let me know.

    Hi @i4him, when you dispute a payment as fraudulent, it sets off a chain of issues that need resolution. We remove upgrades and put the $20 charge on your account, as we are also fined $20 by the payment provider.

    The good news is, if you’ll let them know it was not actually a fraudulent charge, we can typically get everything back in order again. I will work on getting the domain back. Can you contact PayPal and let them know the payment was valid? We’re happy to sort out any remaining issues from there.

    Okay. I see the issues here clearly now. Thanks. I will do my best to get it fixed on my Paypal filing. But actually I resolved it right away as I was told by an email from wordpress.

    I am not sure if you would get this email or not.

    But I want to let you know that I called the paypal they removed the record from me and also from wordpress. We both do not have any record involved in a fraudulent activity regarding my purchase and your refund.
