Please someone on WordPress come online and help me.

I cannot see other’s pages normally. It has been going on for three days already.
One support person suggested me to use snipboard. I know how to take screenshots from pages. Paste them to Paint. BUT. The problem is no-one is interested in this issue really.
I NEED AN E-MAIL ADDRESS, otherwise, I cannot send those screenshots to anybody. Only via email -address.
Does WordPress not have any email -address or chat, where are all people now? I need urgent help. I want to send those screenshots of my pages, I have been taking over the whole weekend. But I cannot send them via these pages. I have to talk online with someone in chat, or have an e-mail address, where I can send those evidence. I am gonna keep them on my computer, as long as this issue is solved.
I think No-one is interested to help me, because I am just a Reader here. I don’t write anything, but read other’s blogs. I follow my friends. I am not gonna pay about Free sites, because I am a Reader. Is that a reason, no-one wants to take this issue seriously?
