Please stop deducting Fees

    I just received our AMEX Business Credit Card Statement with an unauthorised deduction/charge by WordPress [redacted by staff] of THB 455.- … no idea for what ?!
    I have foolishly signed up and pre-paid for a ‘Premium Website’ on 17.Feb.2020 plus a Support Session, which I never got – and I still don’t even have a simple Website :-( … so please stop these annoying Auto-deductions instantly … Thanks

    How can you charge a Credit Card I never gave you ?? That’s pretty outrageous and illegal IMHO !!
    I pre-paid for a PREMIUM Website and Support Session, both of which I never got and then you charge Annual Subscription for WHAT ??? … and without specific authorization from my … and to a Credit Card I never gave you !!! …
    Anyway, I want to keep the Account open until I find someone, who can actually make a Website with WordPress … but I don’t agree to pay for any Annual Fees I don’t use !!

    I see that the Domain Connection upgrade on your account was set to auto-renew, and recently it was renewed again for another year. You can see the upgrade listed in your account here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
