Please tell me how to resolve ‘Non-existent changeset UUID’

Hello.
It is http://itanse.site.
In order to change the site to https: //, I put it under the shop.
WordPress address (URL) http://itanse.site
Site address (URL) http://www.itanse.shop/blog
It changed to.
Then, Non-existent changeset UUID. And an error message are displayed, and the site is not displayed on the right side.
I tried to plug in ‘Really Simple SSL’ and ‘WordPress HTTPS’
It does not change.
Please tell me how to display the site on the edit screen.
