  Please transfer my subscribers at theverdanthome.wordpress.com to theverdanthome.com, a self-hosted WordPress site. Could you PLEASE let me know when you have done this? I can be reached through my personal email at: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention. Please also subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  Hi Kathryn, I transferred your followers to your new blog at theverdanthome.com, as requested.

  Your email followers will continue to receive email updates, and your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If your WordPress.com followers would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.

  You can also set up Publicize on your new blog to make sure your social media followers continue to receive updates.
