Please uninstall plugin!

    I am locked out of my site AND out of my Dashboard because the W3 Total Cache plugin crashed the site. Can you please uninstall that plugin?

    Hi Lisa,

    Follow the next steps in order to deactivate (disable) WordPress plugin manually via FTP & SFTP:

    1. Download and install FTP client (for example, Filezilla).
    2. Open FTP client and enter your FTP access credentials (host, username and password) to access files on your server.
    3. Navigate to ‘parillumenew/wp-content/plugins’ directory.
    Disable necessary plugin by renaming its folder.
    4. Check the result.
