Add topic to favorites
Hi. I installed Jetpack on the following blogs but then I deleted them and I still get notifications. Can you please unlink them? There is no active Jetpack installation there. Thanks.

Hi there, you can disconnect old jetpack sites by following this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/disconnect-jetpack-sites/

If you still need help with this after following the above, you can return to this forum thread and add the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of the forum thread sidebar for Staff assistance.

Thanks for the reply but they don’t appear there – the installations have been deleted BEFORE disconnecting from Jetpack

There used to be instructions on that Support doc about disconnecting sites that had been deleted.

Here’s what I found on the Jetpack support site:

None of them are on the list of sites you want to remove.

Were you able to remove the sites on your own using the instructions @justjennifer provided?

Thanks but it doesn’t help – those sites don’t appear anywhere but I keep on receiving notifications that the sites are down or up…

The four sites I listed are the only sites linked to your account.

At which email address are you receiving notifications? They might be connected to a different WordPress.com username account you own.

I asked you a very specific question. I asked you at which email address you are receiving these emails. Can you please provide that? If you don’t provide the information I ask for it is impossible for me to help you.

There are no Jetpack connections for ANY of those sites you provided. Can you also please give the FROM address from which you’re receiving the emails?

You were right, kokkieh, I found the other account – my apologies – the browser logged me in automatically, even though I saw the same pic and the same password – it was a different mail. Sorry to have bothered you, guys, such a silly mistake on my part. Best to you all!

Even if the site itself is deleted, if it’s still appearing under My Sites you should be able to disconnect it under Settings as explained in the support doc. As with all things it doesn’t always work as it should, in which case we can also do it.
