    Dear all!
    I have a problem with my website (http://irene-school.com ), which is based on wordpress.com
    I have paid 18$ for hosting 10 March 2013, and yesterday this site was blocked because of no reason.
    It is not in the banned sites registry (http://www.zapret-info.gov.ru/).
    Could you please unlock it or explain the reason of ban.

    I doubt it is a WordPress.COM issue – or much that they can do – if your site has a Terms of Service issue it is real obvious – I can visit your site fine so it is not being blocked by WordPress.COM – there have been several reports of Russia blocking a large number of sites based on IP addresses –

    Hi there,

    If you are living in Russia, particularly in the greater Moscow region, there is one Internet Service Provider who has recently started blocking several IPs online, including one or two of ours. We are working with that ISP to get our IPs unblocked however we do not have a timeframe wherein they might be unblocked.

    Unfortunately our systems do not currently allow us to change the IPs on which sites reside. As such, we will not be able to move your site on to a different set of IPs.

    This Russian ISP is Qwerty.
    My blog is blocked too, and I contacted the technical support. We’ll see, what they can make.

    В связи с выявлением в сети Интернет по адресам: http://kinomozg.wordpress.com/2005/08/30/это-сильно/, запрещенной информации (о способах совершения самоубийства) Роспотребнадзором принято решение от 26 февраля 2013 года № 908 о внесении данного указателя страницы сайта в Единый реестр, http://ettokulinar.wordpress.com/2005/08/31/после-теста-№2-и-первый-уже-не-так-страш/, запрещенной информации (о способах совершения самоубийства) Роспотребнадзором принято решение от 26 февраля 2013 года № 909 о внесении данного указателя страницы сайта в Единый реестр.

    1 марта 2013 года провайдеру хостинга по адресу: [email redacted] были направлены уведомления об удалении запрещенной информации. Электронный адрес провайдера хостинга определен с помощью сервиса Whois. Ответа от владельца сайта или провайдера хостинга не последовало. 14 марта 2013 года сетевой адрес: 76.74.254.120, на котором размещена запрещенная информация, включен в единый реестр в соответствии со ст. 15.1 Федерального закона от 27.07.2012 № 149-ФЗ «Об информации, информационных технологиях и о защите информации».Для исключения сетевого адреса из единого реестра требуется удалить запрещенную информацию, провайдеру хостинга сообщить об этом в Роскомнадзор.—

    Delete these two pages, report about it to 139-fz(dot)inforeg.ru, and they unblock these IP.

    Just got the same problem. Reason – terrorist content of “haamash” and “jamagat” users. IPs that are blocked – 74.200.244.59, 76.74.254.123, 76.74.254.120, 72.233.69.6, 72.233.2.58, 74.200.243.251 – all refer to lb.wordpress.com.

    Its a pity that whole wordpress.com is being treated as a terrorist supportive content. :(
