PLEASE unmap domain

  Can someone PLEASE unmap http://www.adventuresandfindings.com from going to missrubytoo.wordpress.com? I cancelled the redirection more than 24 hours ago and wordpress doesn’t have any feedback saying ‘hey thanks for canceling – your domain will stop redirecting in X amount of time’ so there’s no way for me to know if someone is working on it or not. Please help.

  Hi Abigail! Good news: adventuresandfindings.com has been unmapped from missrubytoo.wordpress.com.

  The reason adventuresandfindings.com is still being redirected to a WordPress.com error page is because it still has WordPress name servers. To change this, you need to go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel.

  For more information, please visit the help documentation provided by your registrar. They should be able to assist you with this.

  Hi @chiaralaurie unfortunately this does not solve my problem. There is no redirect through my hosting service – I have verified that it is happening through wordpress. Is the reason that it’s still redirecting because it has only been 48 hours?

  I just took a peek at your blog (adventuresandfindings.com) and discovered that it’s being redirected to rubytoodesign.com (cute site, by the way!) Is this what you wanted to accomplish? Is everything good now?

  I hate to take advantage of this forum, but I’m new to WordPress and still learning. I am trying to unmap http://www.autumnmurmur.com from my autumnmurmur.wordpress.com blog. Would you be able to help me with mine as well chiaralaurie?

  Of course, @ashleyreadsmail! I went ahead and unmapped the domain from your WordPress.com blog. Are you planning on mapping it to another WordPress.com blog?

  It shouldn’t take that long to map a domain to your WordPress.com blog. If you just registered the domain, it can take a couple of days for it to fully propagate.

  Oh no, I meant to unmap. Because when I go to autumnmurmur.com it still brings me to the WordPress blog
