Please unspam my posts on the topic "Posting to a page"
-
Certainly the last one, and evidently at least a couple more of my comments have been spammed on the topic “Posting to a page,” possibly all of my comments. This would explain why they are being ignored despite the fact that I’ve provided detailed explanations of, and solutions to, the OP’s issues.

Putting myself in the OP`s position in that thread I believe this could be simply a too many cooks (helpers) in one thread issue. The OP has also involved her son and it is my experience that when many people are trying to help it just it can become more confusing. That in a nutshell is why those bloggers I work with never post to these support forums and I deal with them by email one on one instead.
-
@ timethief,
I understand what you are saying. However, my last several posts were definitely spammed on that topic, so they were not seen. I didn’t hypothesize that I was being spammed because no one, not staff or the OP, had acknowledged that I was providing the explanations and solutions to the OPs issues. I knew my posts were spammed because the topic didn’t move to the top of the list when I posted, and the public post count was incorrect. -
-
I could every one of your comments that I listed above before lizthefair even went to that thread and unspammed my last comment there.
-
Okay. Ask lizthefair how many of my comments she fished out. I commented and the topic didn’t move, and retained the name of the previous commenter. Twice I noticed this, but it evidently happened five times. Six posts were added to the count, one by you, and five by myself, only after I alerted staff.
-
Obviously you saw them. That only means that staff responded quickly (3 minutes) to my request.
-
I counted all your comments prior to lizhefair entering the thread and posted links to them above. This is not important to me and it would be wasteful of Staff time to tag this thread for their intervention again. I am moving on.
-
I counted all your comments
I not referring to that count, but rather the post count shown in the URL, the forums page, the support page, and and in the sidebar. It was 30 at all four of those places when I posted this topic. It was 36 after the correction by staff. Also, the topic the forums now had my name on it as the last poster. Do you suppose I make this stuff up?
-
Of course I do not assume that you make things up.
I stated that I could see your comments at:

And I, acknowledging that, said,
Obviously you saw them. That only means that staff responded quickly (3 minutes) to my request.
The time of your first post here is three minutes after mine. That could represent anywhere from 3:00 to 3:59. Perhaps it took you a half minute or so to collect those links and post them. So all that you have proven is that staff removed my five spammed posts within roughly 3 to 3 1/2 minutes. Congratulations.
-
@ timethief,
As I’ve previously stated and explained here, it was obvious that my posts were being spammed based upon the following evidence. Before staff removed the spammed posts:
1. the post count (in four places) was too low by six posts.
2. my name wasn’t listed as the most recent poster in the two forums topic lists, general and support.
3. I noticed that the topic wasn’t being moved to top of the general forums list, or the support forums lists, as it should have been, after my last couple of posts.lizthe fair said, “I’ve fished everything out.” Why would one post by you in the spam filter be referred to is “everything”?
-
I don’t see any of your recent posts currently in spam. Could you clarify the thread that you feel your post is still spammed? I’m not sure if the original issue here is 100% resolved based on your follow-up posts.
-
@ jeremeyduvall,
There were “fished out,” by liz. Excuse me, I forgot to mark the topic resolved. Done now.
-
The majority of the topic is, as you can see, a disagreement as to whether any of my posts on the cited thread were spammed.
-
@ timethief,
Of course I do not assume that you make things up.
I stated that I could see your comments at…One finds it difficult to come to an agreement when interlocutor 2 persists in misinterpreting everything said by interlocutor 1. I never said, nor suggested, that you said I made the posts themselves up. Read in context, my meaning is clear. You did suggest that I was wrong about several of my posts being spammed. You said,
I could [see] every one of your comments that I listed above before lizthefair even went to that thread and unspammed my last comment there.
As I’ve explained above this proves only that my spammed posts were unspammed in under 4 minutes. I’ve provided ample evidence that the posts were spammed, and that your conclusion is faulty. I don’t know how I could simplify it anymore than I’ve done above.
