  I think you need to contact staff directly on this. Go to http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ , type in your question and then down below click the “no…” button and fill in the rest of the information and click submit.

  That notice appears to come from the Facebook Like Box Widget. Remember that this widget works for Fan Pages only, not Personal Profiles or Groups. As an alternative, you can use a Facebook Badge.
