  Please verify –once the free site launched– there WILL BE ZERO HIDDEN CHARGES to my card. I DO NOT AUTHORIZE ANY CHARGE.

  The domain bluebirdgold.org was registered over there at GoDaddy so you must have paid them. It looks like you are pointing that domain to your free WordPress.com site?

  We don’t charge you for anything you have not chosen to use. If you wanted to use a feature only available on a paid plan, like using bluebirdgold.org as your primary domain or installing plugins, then you would need to pay for an upgrade. But you would have control over that.

  As @themagicrobot said, your domain is not registered with us, so you would have separate yearly fees charged by GoDaddy to keep your domain in good standing.
