Please, where do I configure the option to show it "snowing" on my site?

  I toggled this ‘on’ a few weeks ago – and want to turn it off… but can’t find the radio-button/ check-box again. Where do I go to turn this option off, please? Thanks…

  You can disable snow here:

  Just uncheck the option shown in the screenshot below and save the changes!
