    You might have added an upgraded feature. Here’s what’s included in a free site:
    https://wordpress.com/free/#plans

    You should have an option on the page to stick with free.

    Also, can you clarify which option setting you’re referring to? Note the WordPress apps are pared down for use on a phone, but you might try using your phone browser, too.
