  Hi,in my page (www.tloz.wordpress.com) i got my own header image,but many of my pages in on the header image!!! can i take them away from there?

  That’s how the theme comes as. You could change themes and find a theme in which those tabs will appear on the sidebar if you want.

  I have never seen anyone create so many pages on a blog. I do hope you do understand that only one page on a blog automatically updates with the new posts you publish. All the other pages you create are simply for static content that does not frequently change.
  (1) Pages do not automatically update
  (2) Pages cannot be assigned to categories and
  (3) Pages get no google juice.

  You do not have to change themes to remedy this.
  You can “hide” pages and this is how to do that http://faq.wordpress.com/2007/07/01/i-have-too-many-pages-at-the-top-of-my-blog/

  You have also placed a blue animated advertisement in a post in your blog that has to go. We cannot advertise on wordpress.com blogs and we cannot use our blogs here to drive traffic to third party sites. If we do our blogs get deleted. http://faq.wordpress.com/2005/12/08/adsense/
