  is there any component/plgins to manage documents in wordpress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  if you want to embed the document itself, you will have to use a third party application like Scribd or Google Docs. Otherwise, the documents will appear as a download link.

  NOTE: There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
