Pls. explain what I need to add a flipbook plugin to my WP.com site

  Hi – I have a free wp.com account with 3 associated sites. I want to add a flipbook plugin to one of them (already purchased) and learned I can’t do that without a business plan. Is the lowest cost Blogger account considered a business plan or what do I need to upgrade to instead?

  No. The Business plan is indeed the Business plan. Lesser plans don’t have the ability to add external plugins or themes.
