Pls, help on registration of user to my wordpress.com site.

  Pls, i want to add an author to my site but he cant sign up. When he clicks register in the meta tag area, it takes him to wordpress website registration, not that of my site. And i cant find anything like user registration in the setting>>General of my blog. Pls its urgent.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your author have to create a WordPress.com to be able to contribute. This is why the link takes him to registration page. He will be able to login to your dashboard as an author once he registers.

  You also need to be an Admin to add a user
