Hi, are you looking for a refund on your new domain purchase, renewal, or WordPress plan?
New domains must be canceled with 48 hours for a full refund, and plans must canceled within 30 days. Both of these can be requested through the Manage Purchases page. This can be accessed through your Me page in the “Manage Purchases” section of the left sidebar.
For renewal refunds, you will need to contact our support team.

Your account shows you have already cancelled your domain. Do you want to use yolomedia.org on another site or is the domain no longer needed at all?
Once a domain has been cancelled there is no guarantee you will be able to get it back again. For this reason, I’m happy to look at what your options are if you want to use the domain elsewhere.
If you sure you no longer need yolomedia.org, just let me know and I can issue a refund for you.
