    We are installing a plug-in from Job Progress and it’s not working. My web guy and the Job Progress coders are unable to understand why. Please call me at [redacted by staff].

    This is a public forum. Please don’t post personal contact information here.

    We don’t provide phone support, and additionally we cannot help here with sites using the open source WordPress software at other hosts, nor with specific plugins for that software. This forum only provides support to sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    Please contact support for the problematic plugin directly, or if you need help manually deleting the plugin from your server, contact your hosting provider’s support, as only they can give you access to the site’s files on their servers.
