  Hello, my wordpress doesn’t show the plug-ins option on the side bar. How can I manage my plug-ins ?

  Hi there – plugins are not permitted on WordPress.com for security reasons. They are a feature of self-hosted WordPress sites. However, many of the features that you’d use a plugin for aren’t actually necessary here on WordPress.com because we already have that function built in.

  What kind of plugin were you looking to add? We might have a feature or widget that does the same thing. :)
