  I want to add some plug-ins to my blog.. but i don’t know where and how will i start? because i can’t find the plug-in menu on my wp-dashboard..

  Hello! I’m afraid that WordPress.com does not allow the installation of plugins. You would have to have a self-hosted WordPress installation in order to have that capability.
