  HI,
  I wanted to create auction site where I could take bid for various daily use items and sell to to the highest bidder.
  When I started working in this I found we need add plugin in order to make bid live and user friendly. But my site’s dashboard doesn’t have plugin option so would you please guide me to this.?

  We cannot install plugins on WordPress.com sites.

  If you need a specific functionality that is not mentioned on this Support page, https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/ you may want to consider moving to a self-hosted site using the standalone WP software.
